Where is Cornerstone in Brampton?

Cornerstone is in Northwest Brampton, on the west side of Mississauga Road north of Bovaird Drive West. Mount Pleasant GO Station is about 1.9 km away. The builder's sales office is at 2005 Wanless Drive, Brampton.

Who is the builder of Cornerstone?

Cornerstone is being built by Primont Homes, an Ontario builder of low-rise and condominium communities. Homes are covered by the Tarion new home warranty.

What is the starting price at Cornerstone?

Grand opening prices start at $629,990 for the Liam double car garage townhome. Dual front townhomes start at $679,990, two-storey townhomes with a finished basement at $779,990, and detached homes at $1,049,990. These are the builder's Grand Opening prices dated September 29, 2026 for Elevation C, and lot premiums may apply.

What types of homes are available?

Four home types: three-storey back-to-back townhomes with a double car garage, dual front townhomes with a ground-floor in-law suite, traditional two-storey townhomes sold with a finished basement, and detached homes on 33-foot and 36-foot lots with double car garages.

Which Cornerstone townhome has a double car garage?

The Liam. It is a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath back-to-back townhome of 1,241 to 1,287 sq ft with a double car garage on the ground floor, priced from $629,990.

Which homes work for multi-generational families?

The Charlotte dual front townhome has a ground-floor in-law suite with its own ensuite and wet bar, from $679,990. The Ethan Special townhome and every detached model are offered with a finished basement, and the builder's plans show a separate entrance where grading permits.

Is HST included in the price?

The builder's price lists state that prices include the expanded HST rebate. Whether a buyer qualifies for new-home HST rebates depends on who will live in the home and on the rules in force at the time. If a buyer does not qualify, builder agreements usually require the rebate amount to be paid on closing, so have your lawyer confirm this before you sign.

What is the deposit structure?

For townhomes: $10,000 with the offer, then $10,000 at 30, 90, 150 and 180 days, and the balance to 10% at 365 days. For detached homes: $25,000 with the offer, then $20,000 at 30, 90, 150 and 180 days, and the balance of 10% at 365 days.

Are the townhomes freehold?

The builder's price lists describe all three townhome types as freehold. Any shared-element or monthly fees would be set out in the agreement of purchase and sale, so confirm this for the specific lot before you sign.

How much does Elevation D cost?

Prices shown are for Elevation C. The price lists show Elevation D at an additional $10,000 on townhomes and $30,000 on detached homes.

Do lot premiums apply?

The builder's price lists say premiums may apply. Premiums depend on the lot, for example end, corner or pond-facing lots. Register and we will send the current lot availability and premiums.

How do I get the Cornerstone floor plans?

Register on this site and choose the plan you want. The floor plan PDF is emailed to you right away, along with a link to all the Cornerstone plans and the current prices.

When did sales start, and when will the homes be built?

The builder held its grand opening on October 3, 2026. Tentative closing dates are set lot by lot in the builder's agreement of purchase and sale. Register and we will send the current dates.

What is included in the homes?

Standard features include approximately nine-foot ceilings on the ground floor, quartz kitchen countertops, extended upper cabinets, an oak staircase, a smart thermostat, a video doorbell and a rough-in for a future electric vehicle charger. Is this the builder's official website?

Does it cost anything to register or to use a brokerage?

Registering is free and carries no obligation. On most new-home sales the builder pays the cooperating brokerage's commission. How the brokerage is paid is confirmed with you in writing before you sign anything.

Why register through a brokerage instead of only with the builder?

The builder's sales office works for the builder. A brokerage working for you compares Cornerstone with other Brampton projects, explains the closing costs and clauses in the agreement, and attends the appointment with you.
